According to the information from the French news agency, a new order has been issued for the arrest of the former President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad, from a French court. In June of this year, the appellate court in Paris confirmed the order that had previously been issued by judicial authorities against Assad, accused of involvement in crimes against humanity during the deadly attacks that occurred in 2013.
"We are not discussing legal issues related to the case," noted Assad's lawyer.
