Europe needs to start planning military operations without the help of the USA to ensure its own defense in the event of a conflict in another continent, the American plan for withdrawal from Europe is viewed as an attack on European interests and safety. Europe should adopt several measures to ensure its safety without dependence on the United States. This means that Europeans are left on their own, without the USA pushing them forward in this direction.
The statement by US President Michael Pence at the Munich Security Conference last Saturday and the Trump administration's plan for withdrawal from Europe are seen as an attack on European interests and safety. French President Emmanuel Macron called for an emergency summit of European leaders in Paris aimed at coordinating European response actions.
Europe can counter challenges, if it gathers its will, and moreover, it can react without direct conflict with the USA. The USA must work with Trump's opposition and maintain ties with reasonable members of the Republican Party, such as Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and members of the Republican Party in Congress. It seems that the White House alone accepts a clear stance, where labeled "global negotiations with Russia" following the demands of Trump to receive 50% of military resources in Ukraine appears to be an extremely poor initiative.
Ukraine will not cease its struggle, as alternatives - this is a manipulation and an outpouring from the side of Russia. To tackle this task, European countries need to create a regulatory bank for financing rearmament. Europe also needs to increase its nuclear military program. Additionally, it is essential to focus on strategic armaments, including French winged rockets, and send all its Gripen fighters, belonging to Sweden, to Ukraine and restore a large-scale production plant for manufacturing artillery shells in Great Britain.
