The leaders of the general staffs of European countries, ready to ensure any future peace agreement in Ukraine, will gather on Tuesday in Paris under the chairmanship of French President Emmanuel Macron.

The meeting will discuss the possible deployment of European troops in Ukraine to ensure the full compliance with a future peace agreement. This statement by Macron was made in response to the outcomes of the meeting of the European Council, which took place on Thursday in Brussels.

"All countries will be invited to this meeting on Tuesday in close cooperation with the NATO military leadership, which will also take part in this process," Macron emphasized.
