Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury said on Tuesday that the company has overcome a critical phase after recalling thousands of aircraft early last week to conduct a rapid software fix. At a conference organized by the European Aerospace and Defence Industries Association ASD, he stated: "I think we can get past this." He added that the emergency reform was carried out faster than expected, expressing optimism about the company's ability to handle future challenges. Faury confirmed that the global process experienced by the company provides important lessons that must be utilized.
