On Thursday, the European Court of Human Rights finally rejected the complaint of a Russian company...
Representatives of the company appealed to the court, claiming that the decision on the fine violates their rights to a fair trial. However, the court considered the complaints to be unsubstantiated and rejected them.
The company had already tried to challenge the fine in all instances within the country but was unsuccessful. Now the court's decision is final and cannot be appealed.
"We are disappointed by this outcome, but we acknowledge the court's decision and will no longer challenge it," stated the company representative.
Sources report that the amount of the fine that the company has to pay is several million dollars.
