President of France Emmanuel Macron acknowledged that Panama has made significant efforts to fulfill international tax compliance requirements. In this regard, France expressed a desire for Panama to be excluded from discriminatory lists.
Macron noted: "We recognize Panama's efforts in the area of international tax compliance." At the same time, he emphasized that the Panamanian government should continue to work in this direction.
The head of the French state expressed hope that, thanks to the work done, Panama will be excluded from lists that may be considered discriminatory.
