The French prosecutor's office has requested a judicial investigation against the former Minister of Culture of France, Roselyne Bachelot, and the head of the Renault-Nissan group.
Based on the conducted investigation, it was decided to present charges against Roselyne Bachelot and the head of Renault-Nissan. The investigation revealed violations in their activities. Investigators believe that Bachelot and the leader of Renault-Nissan violated legislation concerning financial relations and committed other criminal actions.
Official representatives of the prosecutor's office do not disclose details of the case, however, expressed confidence in the legality of the presented accusations. The investigation has gathered sufficient evidence to bring the case to court.
