Police in France arrested a man who, threatening with a cold weapon, took four employees of a restaurant, belonging to his father, hostage near Paris.
The man burst into the restaurant and, threatening the employees with a knife, forced them to stay inside. Eyewitnesses immediately called the police. Upon arrival, law enforcement detained the assailant without incident and freed the hostages.
"We are grateful to the police for their quick and professional response. The restaurant employees are in shock, but no one was injured," reported one of the witnesses of the incident.
