The Ministry of Internal Affairs of France confirmed the decision made by human rights representatives, noting that Feyenoord fans will not be allowed to attend the stadium in Paris. The reason for this decision was the fighting and clashes that occurred during the match of the European Championship between Russia and England at the stadium.
Despite the possible protests and appeals from fans, the authorities of France adopted strict safety measures to avoid potential incidents during the game. Feyenoord representatives were recommended not to travel to the match and to concentrate on communication with other club partners.
"We made this difficult decision based on the interests of public safety. Our priority is to ensure the safety of all fans and participants of the match," - emphasized representatives of the human rights structures.
