Neymar admitted that he instructed Messi to look the goalkeeper in the eye before striking and added: "Just focus and try, smile, and he smiles back, and say: 'I’ll try too.'"
Messi has missed 111 penalties in his career, but Neymar claims he deserves praise: "I taught him how to take a penalty shot, we trained like this at 'PSG'. He asked me: 'How the hell do you take penalties like that?' I looked at him and said: 'What, are you out of your mind? Hell, you are Messi!'"
